Domestic Shipping
Delivery by: Fedex, USPS, DHL, UPS, Amazon shipping.
Delivery period: 3-7 business days
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6 USD
FREE Shipping: Orders of $15 USD or more

We currently DO NOT ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes (orders must include a physical street address)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands
If your shipping address falls within these areas, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or arrange for order cancellation. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Order Confirmation and Changes:
We begin packing your order as soon as we receive it, so unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Once the delivery tracking is updated, no adjustments can be made, including changes to products, shipping addresses, or cancellations.
Accurate Address Information:
Please provide the correct address information when you place an order.
We cannot reship, exchange or refund your order for the incorrect address.
Unclaimed Return:
Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will have non-refundable shipping fees. We’re happy to resend the order, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please ensure that the correct address and contact information are entered.
Missing Parcel:
- If a parcel does not reach the customer within 30 days, it will be considered missing. In such cases, we will either resend a replacement parcel or issue a refund.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage after a package has been delivered to the correct address. However, if the delivery service confirms loss, damage, or other issues caused by their error, please contact us, and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
